An established transport company with more than 25 years of industry experience is seeking a reliable HC Driver to join its environmental logistics operations across south-west Sydney. Although offered on a casual employment basis, this is a genuine long-term position and not short-term or seasonal work. The role consists of five days of work consistently each week throughout the year, with additional weekend work also available from time to time. The role generally involves 10-12 hours of work per day and offers an above-award wage.
Experience operating walking floor trailers is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right applicant.
Key responsibilities
Operate as an HC Driver in environmental logistics operations
Working approximately 10-12 hours per day
Transporting waste and recyclable materials between customer sites
Completing daily vehicle checks and required paperwork
Following company procedures and customer site safety requirements
Maintaining regular communication with operations staff
Keeping the vehicle and trailer clean and serviceable
