About the opportunity:
At Carinity, we'recommitted to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care thatsupports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection.The Community Scheduler coordinates workforce scheduling acrossCarinity Home Care - Brisbane North, ensuring clients receive safe,timely, and person-centred care through effective roster managementand service coordination.
Working closely with care teams and operational leader, the rolesupports workforce efficiency, continuity of care, and serviceaccessibility while ensuring compliance with quality, funding, andemployment obligations.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 AMand 4:00 PM.
What do you need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in workforce scheduling, rostering,service coordination or administration, preferably within agedcare, community services, health care, or disabilityservices
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll administration, timesheetmanagement, and employment conditions
- Ability to interpret and apply Awards,
EnterpriseAgreements, Fair Work requirements and organisational policiesrelating to workforce scheduling
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy inmaintaining workforce scheduling and payroll records
- Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills with the ability to engage positively withdiverse stakeholders
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness toobtain
