Wightons Lawyers in Geelong seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to join our diverse commercial law department. You will support four Directors, four Lawyers and four Legal Assistants across a range of commercial matters including property, wills and estates, and retail leasing.
Responsibilities include opening files, transcription, preparing wills and probate documents, diary management, attending client meetings with lawyers, drafting correspondence, invoicing and using LEAP and DOL portals.
