Green by Nature is seeking a hands-on Team Leader and horticultural all-rounder to drive our Northern Rivers operations. You will oversee gardening, mowing and maintenance across Byron Bay, Lismore, Tweed Heads and surrounds, while building robust client and team relationships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication, capable of independent work and taking ownership of tasks. Must have a manual licence and White Card; team leadership experience is highly regarded.
