Job Description Bellissimo Coffee Coorparoo Salary $79,500 plus super Restaurant, cafe, licensed dining, production kitchen, bakery. We are looking to fill the following position of a full time chef. Duties involved but not limited to are:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per our standards
- Assisting in creating menus with flair and innovation having regard to our stock, season and patron preferences
- Monitoring stock level, preservation and rotation/ordering accordingly to ensure minimal wastage
- Assisting and training kitchen staff in understanding dish preparation, ingredients and cooking techniques
- Aiding in the selection and training of kitchen staff
- Managing kitchen staff if required




- Ensuring health regulations are met at all times by all kitchen staff
- Ensure patron satisfaction & experience by delivering dishes to expectation monitoring quality at all times

We require the following:

- Possess no less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to perform well under pressure
- Cert III or/and cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management (preferred)
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to perform well under pressure
