The Dental Group (Sydney Implant Institute & Dental Lounge) is looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Sydney Implant Institute in our Sydney CBD location.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

- Assist in a variety of dental procedures, including surgical and restorative phases.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are always ready for our patients.
- Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient management.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience assisting with dental surgery would be a plus (not required).
- Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
