Longboards Laidback Eatery and Bar in Surfers Paradise, QLD, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team and oversee seven-day operations. The role focuses on team leadership, rostering, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a management role in a quick-paced venue, proven staff supervision, POS knowledge, and RSA certification. Australian work visa with sponsorship potential is welcomed.
