About You

We are not looking for your standard run-of-the-mill electrician. We are seeking motivated and qualified licensed electrical subcontractors who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be customer-focused and deliver a high standard of service

- Be process-driven and comfortable working within systems and compliance requirements

- Work independently while contributing positively to a wider team network

- Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times

You will also demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders while working remotely in the field.

Subcontractor Requirements

- Registered Pty Ltd company (or equivalent incorporated business)

- Current Electrical Contractor Licence (company)

- Current Individual Electrical Licence

- Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million cover)

- Workers Compensation Insurance (as applicable)

- Reliable work vehicle suitable for field operations

- Current vehicle insurance

- iPad or tablet for job management and reporting

- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship
