Flavorite, Australia’s largest glasshouse producer, is seeking a Glasshouse Operations Leading Hand at our Victoria-based site. You will support day-to-day glasshouse operations, lead on-floor activities, and collaborate with the Supervisor to drive safety, quality and productivity.
Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership experience in horticulture or FMCG, robust organisational skills, and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
