Where you’d be working:

Our Marketing Team are currently/temporarily based in Mulgrave (usually based in our Forest Hill office) supporting staff and customers across Australia and around the globe.

What you’d be doing (your day would look like this):

The Marketing and Events Coordinator plans and coordinates customer-facing events, campaigns and other marketing communication activities including:

Planning and logistics for internal and external events including conferences, trade shows, roadshows and webinars.

Championing events management best practice and innovation within the business.

Coordinating and executing the creation of deliverables for inbound/outbound campaigns such as emails, documents and prepare required reports in a timely manner.

Maintaining and updating marketing systems, digital content platforms and internal knowledge bases including Pronto Plus, K Base and other marketing tools.

Contributing to our social media marketing plans to increase reach, engagement and performance.

Contributing to activities generated to support the business as part of the Pronto Software marketing strategy.

Building relationships,



engaging and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across Pronto Software.

Presenting opportunities and innovating current tools/practices to improve results.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

Knowledge of Events and Campaigns, ideally in the Software industry.

Strong communication skills and understanding of stakeholder management and engagement.

Event project management expertise with attention to details and achievement of deadlines.

Clear understanding of the customer journey and how it impacts marketing strategy.

Experience interpreting campaign, event and digital marketing performance data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.

Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems and content management systems (e.g. WordPress).

Experience with marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing platforms.

Teamwork and collaboration.

Research, reporting, follow up and documentation skills.

A high level of professionalism.

Passion for the software/technology industry.

Willingness to undergo a Police Check.
