Rae's on Wategos is seeking a Hotel Host to deliver warm, personalised service throughout the guest journey. You will manage arrivals, departures and reservations, and respond to enquiries while building genuine guest relationships in Byron Bay.
Day-to-day duties include check-in/out, payment processing, updating profiles, coordinating with Housekeeping and presenting a welcoming lobby. You will also promote experiences and support overnight hosts.
