You will lead API standards, serverless patterns on AWS Lambda, and observability initiatives, partnering with Platform Engineering and squad tech leads to drive consistency and maturity.

You will mentor senior engineers, define architecture and governance across multiple autonomous squads, and shape the backend chapter to advance engineering
