The Role

You’ll take ownership of developments from concept through to delivery , working closely with the Director, consultants, clients and broader project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Development strategy and planning
- Feasibility and project assessment
- Managing consultants and project teams
- Design coordination




- Planning and approvals
- Project budgets and programmes
- Client and stakeholder management
- Risk and issue management
- Project delivery
- Reporting directly to the Director
- Driving projects forward and achieving successful outcomes

About You

You’ll be an experienced Development Manager with 5+ years’ experience and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Retail and/or commercial development experience
- Shopping centre experience highly regarded
- Greenfield development experience
- Strong commercial understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong consultant management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ambition to grow with a boutique consultancy
