Working alongside a dynamic director that has the ability to empower staff to push boundaries and take their performance to the next level, this is an opportunity for a Senior Strata Manager to join a tight knit team.

Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a very small portfolio, this is an opportunity that will see you:

- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
- Assisting with the management of junior staff members

The Candidate

- Previous experience in Strata Management
- BMC experience is essential




- Excellent Communication Skills
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
- This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
