Join Kyckr.com as a Development Team Lead in this 80/20 player-coach role. You will lead a team of four while remaining deeply hands-on with .NET/C# and SQL Server. You'll drive the adoption of agentic AI workflows using Claude Code and build resilient integrations connecting 300+ global corporate registries for mission-critical compliance.

What You Will Do

- Write high-quality .NET/C# code for the Registry Hub, owning the design and delivery of complex features from end-to-end.
- Build and maintain resilient integrations with 300+ international corporate registries, ensuring high data quality and reliability for regulatory workflows.
- Mentor a team of four developers, managing their performance and growth opportunities while unblocking delivery through pragmatic, high-ownership leadership.

The ideal candidate

- Possesses 7–10 years of professional experience in .NET/C# and SQL Server, with a track record of building production-grade distributed systems.
- Has experience or a deep interest in leading and mentoring engineers, comfortably balancing hands-on technical work with people management.
- Demonstrates proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot and a passion for optimizing engineering velocity through AI adoption.
