Sippy Downs Day Surgery, a new 3 theatre day hospital in Queensland, is seeking a Senior Clinical Services Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinical services to ensure protected, high-quality, patient-centred care while meeting financial targets.

You will lead governance, workforce management, quality and accreditation activities, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team to drive service improvement and patient outcomes.
