The Opportunity

We're growing and seeking expressions of interest for a talented Study Director to join our Immunobiology (IB) Network team based at the Royal North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards, NSW. This is a permanent, full-time position which is anticipated to commence around September/October 2026.

Our IB-Network team focus on science in new drug modalities such as cell therapies (CAR-T and CAR-NK), gene therapies and cellular/RNA modulator therapies that typically utilise Flow Cytometry assays to deliver the Pharmacokinetic (PK) data to support clinical studies.

This is a unique prospect to lead innovative studies across immunoassay and immunobiology platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

- Act as Study Director with overall responsibility for assigned studies.
- Set, manage, and deliver study timelines in line with company and client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders (clients, CROs) and internal teams (operations, QA, management).
- Ensure scientific integrity and regulatory compliance through review of study data.
- Troubleshoot scientific issues in collaboration with R&D;, operations,



and management.
- Coordinate study progression with operations and scientific leads.
- Support method transfer and validation activities with R&D.;
- Provide additional support to the bioanalytical team as required.

About You

- A degree in life sciences or related field.
- Experience in a regulated bioanalytical laboratory (essential).
- Expertise in flow cytometry and cell-based assays, including validations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, reliability, and professionalism.
- High ethical standards, particularly regarding confidentiality.
- Experience communicating complex scientific information to clients.
- Familiarity with LIMS/Watson (desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
