Bluefin Resources is seeking a Technical Lead - Data Engineering to design and deliver a Snowflake-on-AWS HR data platform for a major Australian university. You will architect data pipelines, mentor engineers, and shape governance for HR analytics and BI across the organisation.

You will lead a team of data engineers, collaborate with HR and tech leadership, and ensure scalable, secure data solutions. Hybrid work with campus presence is expected.
