- Design, implement and support cloud network and security infrastructure across public cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to improve automation and consistency.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and participate in on-call support activities.
- Contribute to network strategy, governance, standards and best-practice frameworks.
- Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring and infrastructure optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud networking and infrastructure issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable cloud connectivity solutions.
- Work with vendors and support partners to maintain availability and stability across critical environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Skills & Experience:

- Solid experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, routing, IP addressing, load balancing and connectivity services.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python and/or Ansible.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capability.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change and problem management.
- Experience working with Jira or comparable service management platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
