Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of Enterprise firms or corporates. You will own onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization, acting as the trusted advisor who turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams work.
You will design tailored adoption playbooks, sequence rollout to firm-wide adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with GTM to ensure seamless handoffs and expansion
