at is seeking a Principal Ecologist - Ecological Offsets Leader to build and lead a dedicated offsets service line from Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast. You will lead ecological offset delivery for EPBC referrals, guide field teams on data requirements, and drive MHQA through to final Offset Management Plans.
You will review workflows, mentor Ecologists, and bring a commercial lens to offsets while engaging across infrastructure, renewables, and major development projects.
