We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to join our Security team, supporting a large and complex SAP environment undergoing continued S/4HANA and Fiori transformation.

The role requires a technically strong SAP Security professional with proven experience in S/4HANA Fiori role design, role build and authorisations, combined with the ability to operate effectively within a highly structured and process-driven AMS environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Security Team Lead, senior Security consultants, SAP functional and technical teams and the client to deliver BAU Security support, role design and maintenance, authorisation analysis and ongoing S/4HANA Fiori Security activities.

This is a role suited to someone who is technically capable, able to support a broad and integrated SAP landscape spanning both traditional ABAP-based systems and cloud/SCIM technologies. The candidate needs to be self-sufficient and comfortable working within a large SAP footprint with complex integrations, established processes and strict change and governance requirements.

The role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane

Required Skills & Experience

- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Ability to work 5 days onsite.
- Strong hands-on SAP Security experience.
- Proven experience with S/4HANA Security and Fiori role design/build.
- Strong understanding of SAP authorisations and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing and maintaining Fiori roles, catalogues and authorisations.
- Experience working within a large-scale SAP environment.




- Experience working in an AMS/BAU setting with structured processes, SLAs and change governance.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and technical/functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within a highly governed workplace where adherence to process is critical.
- SAP GRC Access Control experience.
- SAP IDM experience, particularly user provisioning and identity synchronisation.
- Experience with Fiori, BTP and related Identity and Access Management components.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration or transformation programs.
- Experience with role remediation and authorisation optimisation.
- Experience supporting complex government or similarly highly regulated environments.
- SAP Security certifications.

Desirable

- SAP GRC Access Control experience.
- SAP IDM experience, particularly user provisioning and identity synchronisation.
- Experience with Fiori, BTP and related Identity and Access Management components.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration or transformation programs.
- Experience with role remediation and authorisation optimisation.

NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
