THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced residential maintenance plumber who’s confident both quoting and getting on the tools.
You’ll diagnose problems, quote solutions and carry out work, with around 3 jobs a day , not 8.
As your quoting skills grow, there’s opportunity to spend more of your time quoting. But you need to be a great plumber first and happy to get your hands dirty.
12+ months quoting experience preferred.
THE GOOD STUFF
- Our quoting plumbers earned around $180K last year , including commissions
- Averaged around 43 hours a week
- No on-call. No weekends.
- Minimal overtime
- Central work,
mostly Inner West
- Around 3 jobs per day
- Weekly training and development
- Newer vehicle + everything you need provided
- Proper coffee + stocked drinks fridge at HQ
- Inner West-based
