We're looking for an experienced and driven BranchManager - Truss and Frame Centre to lead our Frame & Truss operation andhelp shape the next phase of growth for the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Branch Manager - Truss and Frame Centre, youwill lead the end-to-end operation across estimating, detailing, production,scheduling and delivery. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, productiveand customer-focused environment while ensuring projects are delivered on time,on budget and to the highest quality standards.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers andinternal stakeholders to maximise operational performance, strengthen customerrelationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead,coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team across manufacturing,scheduling, estimating and administration.
- Drivea positive safety culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
- Overseeproduction planning, scheduling and workflow to optimise plant performanceand resource utilisation.
- Ensurecustomer orders are delivered on time, to specification and withexceptional service.
- Manageoperational budgets, forecasts, cost controls and profitability outcomes.
- Monitorproduction efficiency, quality standards and continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Maintainstrong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Identifyopportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste and enhanceoperational processes.
- Supportbusiness growth through strong commercial decision-making and customerengagement.
- Ensureplant equipment, facilities and systems are maintained to support safe andefficient operations.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives ina rapid-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to get the best out ofpeople.
You will bring:
- 5+years' experience managing a manufacturing, fabrication, frame & trussor related building products operation.
- Strongleadership skills with a proven ability to build and develophigh-performing teams.
- Experiencemanaging production scheduling, workflow planning and manufacturingprocesses.
- Commercialacumen with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and P&L; accountability.
- Atrack record of driving operational efficiencies and continuousimprovement initiatives.
- Strongstakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Acustomer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptionaloutcomes.
- Knowledgeof workplace health and safety requirements within a manufacturingenvironment.
- Experiencein the building products,
construction materials or timber industry willbe highly regarded.
