About The Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start. As an Electrical Tradesperson, most of your work will be residential solar installations, the core of our client's business, with air conditioning installs and general electrical work rounding out your days depending on project needs.



It's varied, hands-on work that will keep you sharp and build your skill set fast.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Installing residential solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and battery storage
- Carrying out insurance-based electrical work to a high standard on residential properties
- Carrying out air conditioning installations as required
- Performing maintenance and fault-finding on existing solar and electrical systems
- Working autonomously on site while maintaining explicit communication with the team
- Using ServiceM8 (or similar field service software) for job scheduling and documentation

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Solar experience is essential: this is a solar-focused role
- A valid Electrical Licence (mandatory)
- At least 1 year's post-qualification experience in the electrical trade
- A current driver's licence
- SAA (Solar Accreditation Australia) accreditation, or a genuine commitment to completing this. Our client will support the right person through training
- Familiarity with ServiceM8 is a bonus but not essential
