We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Deputy Principal – Head of Primary to join our College's Senior Leadership Team and provide strategic and operational leadership for our Primary School. This exciting opportunity has arisen following the promotion of our current Head of Primary to the role of Vice Principal.
This key leadership role is responsible for fostering a thriving Christ-centred learning community, championing excellence in teaching and learning, and nurturing the wellbeing, engagement, and development of students and staff.
Working collaboratively with the Vice Principal and senior leaders, the Deputy Principal – Head of Primary will lead the implementation of the College’s vision and strategic priorities within the Primary School, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes, a solid culture of care and effective day-to-day operations.
This full-time position is offered as a five-year fixed-term contract, providing an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced educational leader to make a significant impact on the life of the College while shaping the learning journey of our youngest students.

Commencing in 1975, DCC is a non-denominational co-educational school which is located in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It currently has over 1000 students from Prep to Year 12. The College was commenced by a group of Christian people to serve Christian families by providing a biblically directed or Christ-centred education. A key enrolment criterion is that at least one parent must be an active Christian.
