YOUR ROLE

Reporting to both an industry leading Managing Partner+ Practice Leader of this winning Family/Estates Law Team, you will appreciate the top mentorship+ love the challenge+ satisfaction+ variety solving family/estates legal issues+ disputes including:

Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship and administration of deceased estates and Family Provision Act claims.

Key responsibilities

- liaising with clients/solicitors/barristers
- drafting legal/ court documents/letters of advice
- preparing briefs to barristers
- attending settlement conferences & court appearances
