Centrecare is seeking a Youth Worker to provide trauma-informed support to young people in detention, working with the BeyondYJS Banksia Hill service. You will engage, mentor, counsel, and help develop practical skills to support rehabilitation and wellbeing.
The role requires cultural competence when engaging with Aboriginal and CALD communities, solid interpersonal and group facilitation skills, and the ability to work a rostered schedule across Monday to Saturday.
