Empower Healthcare in South-West Sydney is seeking a Home Care Physiotherapist for a permanent part time role. You will deliver in-home physiotherapy to participants under Support at Home and NDIS, conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.
You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team, liaise with providers, educate families, and maintain patient records. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, be registered with AHPRA, and hold a Police Check clearance.
