is looking for an experienced
H&S; Coordinator / Project Administrator
to join a specialist piling and civil contractor in
NSW
. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with Health & Safety and project administration experience who enjoys supporting site teams and keeping projects compliant.
Main Duties:
Maintain Health & Safety documents and records.
Prepare and update SWMS, forms, and project documents.
Assist with site audits, inspections, and safety reporting.
Support project managers with project administration.
Maintain project records and document control.
Coordinate inductions, training records, and compliance documents.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in WHS, Business Administration,



or a related qualification is preferred.
Minimum 2+ years' experience as an H&S; Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.
Experience in civil construction, piling, geotechnical, infrastructure, or related industries.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety systems and project documentation.
Valuable computer, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work with a leading piling and civil contractor.
