Located opposite Austin Hospital and next to Warringal Private Hospital, we are a small but busy doctor owned GP practice with contemporary medical equipment and friendly staff. We have been providing quality care to our community since . We primarily use Best Practice software.
We are looking for a receptionist to work part-time hours which may include some Saturdays. Days may change over the year.
Qualifications & experience
Health care sector experience is preferred but not essential
Proficiency with technology and software such as Best Practice, Cliniko, Cubiko and HotDoc is an advantage, but not required




Excellent communication skills including a skilled, but warm and personal phone manner
Possess remarkable customer service skills
Multitasker and energetic
Compassionate and able to build rapport with people
Passionate and driven
Must be a team player
Tasks & responsibilities
Greeting patients and welcoming them to the clinic
Assisting patients with their phone and email inquires in a courteous and effective manner
Scheduling appointments over the phone
Processing Medicare billing and private payments with utmost accuracy
