Associated Cleaning Services (ACS) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager/Account Manager to join our Brisbane team. You will manage a portfolio of sites, act as the liaison between ACS and clients, and lead in office cleaning teams to ensure service excellence.
This is a field-based role with regular travel between sites. The ideal candidate has solid client engagement, WHS compliance knowledge, and proven leadership to drive safety and quality across multiple contracts.
