Locum SRMO Doctor (General Medicine - WARDS)
The Opportunity:
Hunter New England LHD
is seeking a
General Medicine SRMO (PGY3+)
to provide ward-based support across general medical units.
You'll assist with admissions, reviews, ward rounds, discharge planning and patient management alongside registrars and consultants.
This is an ideal locum for a doctor seeking structure, clinical exposure, and robust team culture.

Eligibility Criteria:




AHPRA General Registration
PGY3+ with previous general medicine or hospital ward experience
Australian working rights
NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing

Additional information
$160/hour with weekday ward-based roster and no night shifts
