Crown Resorts is seeking a driven Sous Chef to join the Crown Events & Conferences team.
You will oversee daily operations in the banquets kitchen, coaching a large culinary brigade and ensuring high-quality menus for events from 10 to guests.
We value leadership, passion for quality food, and the ability to manage food and labour costs while maintaining safety and compliance.
This full time role operates on a 7-day rotating roster, including early and late shifts.
