Mind Australia Limited is seeking two qualified Social Workers for permanent part time roles in Melton, Victoria.
Each role is 26.6 hours per week to lead and deliver targeted group work programs within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local.
You will provide time-limited, evidence-based therapies, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support families and carers while developing risk management and outcome-focused plans for older clients in the community.
