The role will be leading the commercial teams over two residential projects.Your key responsibilities will include:Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomesMentor, coach and supervise Commercial TeamLead the project procurement strategy & procurement processesLead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation managementManage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/sManage cash flow at both Head & SubcontractPreparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
