What you have to doResponsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle.
Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customersKeep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverablesConduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholdersAssist in the integration testing, system testing,
UAT and all kinds of implementation activitiesSupervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestonesWhat you need to haveBachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplinesMinimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects, possess good project management skills, and being able to use various tools to support project deliveryKnowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation and related fieldsOrganized and detail-minded, with strong communication and negotiation skills, with previous work record working directly with customers for project implementationGood command of spoken and written English and MandarinFrequent business travel is required within Asia-Pacific region including but not limited to China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and MalaysiaWhat we offerFive-day work weekYoung and energetic work culture with regional exposureAgile career opportunities with global mobilityDouble pay and attractive performance bonus4 weeks of annual leave entitlementMedical and dental perks and insurances
