This position has been engaged to provide annual leave cover while supporting the team through a busy year-end period.
Supporting a high-volume Accounts Payable environment, you will be assisting with processing supplier invoices, accounts administration and data-entry and ensuring payment deadlines are met.
The role will involve a mix of automated and manual processing, while also providing broader support to the Finance team as required.
This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, solid data entry or transactional finance experience,



and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing approximately * supplier invoices per weekEntering invoices accurately and efficiently to maintain workflow requirementsManaging weekly supplier invoicesCoding invoices across multiple financial ledger and cost centre codesProcessing invoices and supporting invoice upload processesUtilising SAP and automation toolsAssisting with year-end Accounts Payable activitiesSupporting the broader Finance team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasksEnsuring accuracy across financial records and supplier transactionsAbout YouMust have previous experience within Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or an Accounts Officer roleStrong data entry skills with high attention to detailConfident working with financial systems, ideally SAPStrong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes of workAble to work independently and take ownership of your workloadReliable, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a teamAvailable to commence immediatelyWhat's on Offer$36 - $38 per hour + Super (depending on experience)Immediate start, 6-week assignmentSouth Melbourne location, full time in the officeSupportive finance team with strong onboarding and training supportOpportunity to gain exposure to a high-volume SAP Accounts Payable environmentWork within a well-established organisation operating across multiple locations
