In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate site operations, manage construction workflows and support administrative functions.
You'll get exposure to high value projects across Western Sydney and the opportunity to make an impact on the job.DUTIES.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Ensuring all works meet strict quality standardsPreparing and maintaining ITPs, SWMS and other site documentationSupporting project planning, scheduling and tracking progressMonitoring budgets and reporting on project costsCoordinating with subcontractors,



consultants and clientsPromoting and maintaining a protected working environmentSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience with roadworks, earthworks or subdivision projectsPractical problem-solving mindset with a proactive approachAbility to thrive in a rapid-paced environmentCULTURE.You'll join a forward-thinking civil contractor where practical experience and initiative are valued.
