Complete self-on training on e-bike electrical diagnostics and battery maintenance.Reliable Industry: Be a core part of Sydney's rapidly expanding micromobility sector.What You'll Be DoingPerform regular preventative maintenance, safety checks, and repairs across our e-bike fleet.Diagnose mechanical issues (gears, brakes, frames) and troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic apps.Handle battery swaps, charging, and inventory tracking.Log all service records easily via our mobile maintenance app.Keep the workshop safe, clean, and organized.What We're Looking ForMechanical Aptitude: Prior experience with bicycle assembly/repair, small engine maintenance, or a solid hands-on mechanical background.Physical Capability: Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 kg when moving bikes and equipment.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps to log repairs and view job tickets.Reliability: High attention to detail, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
