We have an amazing opportunity available as an Area Managerin Sydney reporting to the National Sales Manager.As the Area Manager you will lead the retail team in achieving sales and operational results, whilst building a solid, sales driven culture and succession plan.Responsibilities include:Management of stores across Sydney.
(More specifically in the Western Suburbs)Leadership & mentoring of the store management teamBusiness management of all aspects of store operations including, budgets, sales, stock and wages optimizationAssist with team member recruitment, development,



performance management and succession planningThe direction of,and implementation of the brand's Visual Merchandising directivesManagement of the consolidation of stockDriving a customer-centric environment throughout the store networkTo be successful in this role it is essential that you have:Experience in Area Management within a rapid-moving fashion brand.
