The role includes leading clinics, performing developmental and health assessments, and coordinating health plans for children in out-of-home care across the Goulburn region.You will work with a multidisciplinary team and report to the Pathway lead, supporting trauma-informed, client-centred care and clinical mentorship within the PTGH team.
