You'll work closely with clients, trades,



and internal teams, playing a key role in shaping project scope and ensuring competitive and realistic pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret architectural drawings, site photos, and visit locations to develop detailed and accurate scopes of workPrepare cost estimates across all trade packagesLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricingSupport the project team in tender submissions and handoversWork on multiple projects concurrently in a quick-paced environmentConduct on-site measurements and assessments as requiredFoster robust working relationships with both clients and trade partnersThe successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of building methodology and ability to accurately extract scope from both plans and site conditions.
