What Managing a QDC Site Looks Like:
Ensuring safe supervisionof all onsite construction activities across our D&C; projects
Leadingregulartoolbox talks, site inductions, daily site checksandmonitoring high riskworks
Assist withinput todesign for constructabilityandproject innovation
Coordinateresourcing and schedulingof multi-disciplinary subcontractors at all stages of the project,



comfortable managing multiple work fronts simultaneously
Collaborate closely with the project team while also workingindependentlyto delegate and direct site activities,ensuring timely and cost-effectiveproject delivery
Adaptable to new software and site management applications (Procore)
Activeproblem-solvingandcreative solutionsorientation is essential
Promote robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team
What You Need To Excel In The Role
Site Supervisor: Minimum3+ yearsof experience, with a solid trade or engineering background
Experience managing/supervisingD&C; projects, preferably in an industrial and commercial sector – value up to $70M+
Knowledge ofAustralian Building CodesandSafety Standards
Safety leadership focussing on behaviours and buy-in from all
Solid expertise in civil, concrete, and structural works
A problem-solver who leads and influences teams, and delivers high-quality projects
