As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be joining a team of L&D; specialists that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategic objectives.This position is being offered as a full time * month contract, based predominantly at our Collier Pass office, Joondalup.What will you be doing?
Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needsIdentify and implement the most effective and productive learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practisesand face to face engagementAssist with the design and implementation of virtual onboarding and training programs to a large audience of adult learnersConducting training sessions as required ensuring competence in both in the controlled classroom type setting and in relation to the workplaceInitiate learning interventions that support change impacts and projectsCollaborate and continuously improve common methodologiesWhat you will bring:Knowledge of RAC Sales and Member Services products, with the ability to apply this experience to design and develop effective training tools and initiativesRelevant and up-to-date knowledge of adult learning methodologies and practices, particularly in planning, developing and delivering training workshops and coursesTrained across Roadside Assistance products and services is desirable but not essentialProven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse locationsExcellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong capability in identifying and assessing learning needsAbility to collaborate effectively within a learning team, while also working confidently and autonomouslyDemonstrated commitment to health and safetyExcellent time management and organisational skillsApplications will close 9am Tuesday 18th August .
