What You'll Do
Identify and target Australian SMBs
Drivecold calling, cold email & LinkedIn outreach
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Lead conversations aroundAI Consulting & Strategy
Identify opportunities for custom software, AI, automation & digital transformation projects
Qualify prospects and work closely with senior sales, leadership & delivery teams




Maintain CRM records and manage outreach campaigns
Build referral and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve sales messaging and strategies
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experiencein B2B sales / Business Development
Experience sellingIT services, software, SaaS, technology or consulting solutionsis highly preferred
Strongcold calling and outbound salesskills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Confidence speaking withsenior decision-makers
Consultative and solution-oriented approach
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Experience with CRM and sales outreach tools
Exposure toAI, automation, SaaS or technology salesis a bonus
