Axle Capital is a Melbourne-based business lending technology based finance brokerage helping Australian small businesses access the funding they need to grow.We work with business owners across a wide range of industries, matching each client with the right lender and guiding them from enquiry through to settlement.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.You'll receive qualified leads from our marketing team and manage the entire process from first conversation through to settlement.
Your role is to understand each client's business, package the deal, identify the best lending solution, and work closely with our lender panel to get it across the line.This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, manage a pipeline, and close deals.What you'll be doingManaging qualified inbound leads from first contact to settlement (we get over 300 enquiries per day)Understanding each client's business and funding requirementsReviewing financial information and packaging lending applicationsMatching clients with the most suitable lender and productLiaising with lenders to negotiate and progress applicationsManaging your own pipeline and following up opportunitiesBuilding long-term relationships with clientsWorking towards sales and settlement targetsWhat we're looking forExperience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or business brokingStrong sales ability with confidence speaking to business ownersExperience packaging and submitting business loan applicationsCommercially minded with the ability to interpret financial informationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with robust attention to detailSelf-motivated and driven to achieve resultsHighly regardedExperience working with Australian small businessesExisting relationships with business lendersExperience with CRM systems and sales pipelinesWhy Axle Capital?
