As a key member of the Front Office team, you will deliver exceptional service and warm hospitality while assisting guests throughout their stay.
Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and greeting guests on arrival and departureAssisting guests with luggage and personal belongingsEscorting guests to their rooms and providing information about hotel facilitiesDelivering guest requests, amenities and other items throughout the propertyConducting airport transfers and other guest transportation servicesSupporting the Front Office team with guest enquiries and requestsMaintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all timesAbout the EmployerWe can't wait to meet you at Wrest Point!
