payroll tax/PAYGMonth/year end closingAssisting with key payroll projectsIdentifying process improvementsEnsuring compliance with payroll related legislationUpholding high customer service standards and protocols across the businessPartnering and developing solid internal and external relationships with key stakeholdersWorking collaboratively and as a team across departmentsCandidate ProfileYou will have prior experience in a similar Payroll Team Lead position, along with the following attributes:High volume payroll experience within a medium / large scale retail organisationProven experience using DayforceAbility to work in a rapid paced environmentKnowledge of multiple awards/EBAsHigh level analytical skillsStrong working knowledge of Excel
