renewals and policy documentationNegotiate with insurersProvide expert insurance advice tailored to clients' needsAssist clients through the claims processBuild lasting client relationshipsActively generate and convert current business opportunitiesGrow your portfolio through your own network, proactive canvassing & recent business enquiriesPromote finance solutions through referralsMaintain compliance and accurate recordsSkills & ExperienceTier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (Diploma highly regarded)Experience in insurance broking, underwriting or account managementProven ability to generate and win current businessAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent organisation and time managementHigh attention to detailRural insurance experience would be a big advantage, particularly across farm, crop & livestockCompetitive base salary of $85,000 + Super + uncapped commission, genuine earning potentialCompany vehicleWork from home flexibility | full remote roleAn established client portfolio from day oneCareer progression opportunitiesSupportive leadership teamApplications are being managed by Strategic Business Co. on behalf of Old Mate Financial Services
